The text I have (photocopied) is a kind of vexillological
publication (perhaps the Proceedings of the First ICV
[icv65], Muiderberg, Netherlands,
1965). The text is typewritten, with some handwritten insertions
for inscriptions, with page numbers. Although I have only the pages
of D. Van Leeuwen’s article (115-126), the photocopies show
the last two pages of the previous article (devoted to flags of cities
of the Netherlands) [bhk65] and
the two initial pages of the following article (“Flags on postage
