My German is not strong enough to evaluate it in depth, but it
looks to be a very comprehensive work. Heavily illustrated, both
with flags and photos of various original documents (and a nice
photo of Dr. Neubecker…). Overall,
it looks very good, but as I said it could be riddled with subtle
foolishness which I’d never catch. However, with the obvious
