The flag is of a field of white, with a border made up of overturned black stars, with 9 stars on the hoist and fly side and 10 stars at the top and bottom. In the center is a main central device which shows a detailed ring with the towns name at the top and a banner with the state and towns incorporation year layered over the ring. Inside the ring is a railroad on the left, as the town was founded in 1888 due to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad being extended to the towns location. On the right is a barn, for agriculture. A steam locomotive is placed between the disc and the ribbon, which is also for the railroad.
