Description of the flag

Marlton is an unincorporated community and Census Designated Place located in southeast Price George's County. It was first developed in the 1970's as a single-family housing development. It was given CDP status in the 2010 United States Census survey.

The flag of shows a gyronny of eight in the colors of red and gold. In the center is a white bottony cross with the community name in the center. The design is very much inspired by the Maryland state flag.
